Terms and Conditions

1. To enter, send your original three-course dinner menu to Good Food Chef Search, Stellar* Concepts, Suite 508, Level 5, 410 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
2. Entries open 26/3/08 and close last mail 27/5/08.
3. All entries must include at least one ingredient from the Gourmet Garden range of premium herbs and spices in a tube
4. Two semi finalists will be chosen from each state to visit the Good Food & Wine Show in their nearest capital city where they will cook one dish from their menu
         - Melbourne Good Food & Wine Show, 30 May – 1 June 08
         - Sydney Good Food & Wine Show, 20-22 June 08
         - Perth Good Food & Wine Show, 11-13 July 08
         - Brisbane Good Food & Wine Show, 7-9 November 08
5. The successful semi-finalist from each Good Food & Wine Show in VIC, NSW, WA and QLD will compete in the Grand Final at the Brisbane Good Food & Wine Show
6. Semi finalists will be notified by phone and email
7. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Judging for semi finalists is to take place at the offices of ACP, 54 Park St Sydney at 5pm on 28/5/08. The semi finalists will be chosen by Lyndey Milan of Australian Women’s Weekly
9. There is one grand prize – the winner will receive their choice of appliances from Maytag to the value of $20,000
10. All entries become the property of the promoter.
11.  Recipes of semi finalists will be published on both www.goodfoodshow.com.au and www.gourmetgarden.com
12. The semi finalists and winner will allow their name and likelinesses to be used by the promoter with any broadcast, print media, point of sale material and newsletters without any compensation.

Good Food & Wine Show Instant win Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. By entering the competition, entrance are taken to have accepted these conditions of entry. Entry is free and open to only Australian residence aged 18 or over visiting the Good Food & Wine show in Sydney.

2. Employees and their immediate families of Diversified Australia Exhibitions are ineligible to enter.

3. The promotion period commences Friday 20 June at 10am and ends Sunday 22 June at 5pm.

4. To enter show visitors must complete all details on the entry form or SMS a legitimate email address belonging to them.

5. The BBQ draw will take place at Diversified Exhibitions offices 424 ST Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria 3005 on the 26 June 2008.

6. SMS prizes are drawn randomly by impact data Level 2, 127 High St Prahran throughout the competition period (Fri 10am-5pm then Fri 6am-9am. Sat 10am-6pm. Sun 10am-5pm).

7. Winners of the SMS competition will be notified immediately by SMS to the number their entry was sent from

8. Winner of the Barbeque draw will be notified by email and will be published on the Good Food & Wine Show on the 26 June 2008.

9. The first completed entry form drawn will win the Barbeque. The judge's decision is final. The judge's decision is final (as is the random allocation of prizes by Impact Data) and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Participants can only enter once

11. The total prize value is $5,000 inc GST. Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable.
