Located in Brunswick, Kirsten Tibballs established Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School in 2002. From chocolate bars and macarons to petit fours and entremets, Savour offers a large range of classes for both the amateur home cook and professional chef. Kirsten is known globally for her flawless and innovative work in chocolate and patisserie. Having a large media presence in Australia, Kirsten regularly appears on a number of TV programs including Everyday Gourmet, MasterChef, The Today Show and Mornings.
