Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions governing your membership of the Access All Areas (“ACCESS ALL AREAS”) operated by Diversified Exhibitions Australia Pty Ltd are:

1. You may be asked to provide personal information to Diversified Exhibitions Australia before registering or entering any competition or offer promoted by ACCESS ALL AREAS. Employees of Diversified Exhibitions Australia and its related bodies corporate, including immediate families, may become members of ACCESS ALL AREAS but cannot enter competitions promoted by Diversified Exhibitions Australia.
2. To join, members must (a) be aged 12 years and over; (b) complete ACCESS ALL AREAS online application form with correct and valid information; (c) agree to receive ACCESS ALL AREAS emails and SMS message regarding show features, offers, and information, and (d) provide an individual email address unused by any other person for subscription to the ACCESS ALL AREAS. Membership is valid from receipt of ACCESS ALL AREAS confirmation email.
3. ACCESS ALL AREAS membership and benefits are only available at those Diversified Exhibitions Australia Exhibitions listed on the ACCESS ALL AREAS website. Diversified Exhibitions Australia may vary the number and location of Diversified Exhibitions Australia Exhibitions that offer ACCESS ALL AREAS and shall notify members of such changes via email.
4. Special Offers, Promotions, Competitions (“Promotions”): Any Promotions may be subject to individual terms and conditions made available at the time of such event. Promotion prizes must be taken intact as offered and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the winner of a major prize is under 18, the prize will be awarded to that person’s parent or guardian. If a prize is unavailable, Diversified Exhibitions Australia reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Diversified Exhibitions Australia may in its sole discretion suspend or terminate ACCESS ALL AREAS or any membership.
6. Diversified Exhibitions Australia nor their respective officers, agents, employees and related bodies corporate makes any representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. Diversified Exhibitions Australia will not be liable for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, of Diversified Exhibitions Australia in connection with the ACCESS ALL AREAS unless such liability may not be lawfully excluded, in which case liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Diversified Exhibitions Australia is not responsible for any injury or damage from any technical malfunction of Internet systems, servers, or software resulting from membership of ACCESS ALL AREAS.
7. Personal information Diversified Exhibitions Australia collects from members is maintained in accordance with Diversified Exhibitions Australia’s Privacy Policy accessible at ‘www.divexhibitions.com.au’. Personal information collected may be used for marketing/ promotional purposes. Personal information will only be disclosed to Diversified Exhibitions Australia and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
